How to Do Business With BWC

BWC’s procurement administration staff works to acquire products and services within governmental guidelines.

BWC’s procurement administration staff works to acquire the products and services necessary for our operations in an efficient and timely manner at the best quality and pricing available within governmental guidelines as provided by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) and the laws of the State of Ohio.

Getting started

Register online with the Ohio Office of State Purchasing. Under For Suppliers, click Selling to the State, and see the registration section.

Our representatives will work with you to get you added to the State of Ohio supplier database used for issuing purchase orders and payments. You can also visit the Ohio Shared Services supplier website.

Minority businesses and diverse suppliers

If appropriate, visit the Ohio Department of Administrator Services Equal Opportunity website for information on becoming a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) or an Encouraging Diversity, Growth and Equity (EDGE) supplier.

You’re always welcome to mail us information about your company such as a letter of introduction, product brochures or catalogs.
