BWC is adding new Go-Green requirements in 2019. During the public employer true-up period beginning Jan. 1, 2019, employers must be enrolled in electronic notifications and opt to receive policy notices electronically prior to completing true-up.
Private employers must be enrolled in electronic notifications and opt to receive policy notices electronically prior to completing the true-up beginning July 1, 2019.
Employers can enroll in electronic notifications anytime by signing in to this website and clicking on Electronic notifications from the My policy page.
Enrolling in the program
Employers are automatically enrolled when they complete their installment payments and true-up online and opt to receive electronic delivery of policy invoices.
