View claim costs by policy number

The following service offerings allow an employer or the employer's authorized representative to view detailed claim information by policy number.

• Claim payment transactions - View and download medical and indemnity payment transactions for a policy.
• Claim reserve predictions - View the most current medical and indemnity costs and reserve predictions (predictions of future costs) for all claims assigned to a policy.
• Quarterly claim costs - View and download quarterly claim costs for claims assigned to a policy.
• Summary of reserve changes - View a list of claims assigned to a policy that have had changes in the reserve amount. 
• Detail claim data - View and download detailed information about specific claims assigned to a policy.
• Summary claim data - View high-level claim information for all claims assigned to a policy.
• Claim expenses/DWRF/Non-compliance/VSSR claim payment transactions - View and download a breakdown of the employer's claim payment transactions for Disabled Workers' Relief Fund (DWRF), Non-compliance and Violation of Specific Safety Requirements (VSSR).
