PEO look-up

The PEO look-up allows potential client employers to search for a professional employer organization (PEO) by the following criteria:

• Policy number.
• PEO name.
• Federal Tax ID or Social Security number.
• All PEOs that BWC recognizes.

BWC only recognizes PEOs who are in compliance with Ohio requirements and are registered with BWC.

The PEO look-up also lets users verify:

• Registration and certification status.
• Demographic information.
• Whether the PEO is:
  • Certified by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC).
  • A member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
  • Certified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
