BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS, SAFETY AND HEALTH
Find national statistics on work-related injuries and illnesses and fatalities.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Provides access to information from the National Center for Health Statistics, the National Center for Infectious Diseases, and the National Center for Environmental Health. Includes health topics from A-Z, data and statistics, and travelers’ health.
Environmental Protection Agency. Provides a wealth of information on a wide range of topics. Of particular interest: resources on lead, asbestos, indoor air quality, mold, and school environmental issues.
Federal Emergency Management Agency. Features a virtual library and electronic reading room with information ranging from emergency response and recovery to animals in emergencies and FEMA for kids.
